Ingredients

  • Chocolate Iron Lift (2 Scoops)
  • Cocoa Powder (2 Tbsp)
  • Baking Powder (2 Tsp) 
  • Chocolate Chips (2 oz) 
  • Bananas (2)
  • Egg (1) or Egg Replacer 

This simple brownie recipe is high in iron, dairy-free, gluten-free, and can be made vegan with an egg replacer. 

Recipe

  1. Mix powders in a large bowl
  2. Coarsely chop chocolate chips, add to bowl 
  3. Mash bananas, add to bowl
  4. Add egg to bowl
  5. Incorporate ingredients into smooth blend, by hand or using a mixer 
  6. Add to an oven-safe tray or container
  7. Bake in oven or air fryer at 350 F for 15 minutes

This recipe makes about 4 brownies. You can freeze your brownies for later without affecting the iron content.
