instead of pills now this goes into the morning smoothie
won't say this is easier, but does taste better :)

easy to use for me, as the blender is doing the bulk of the work
as for effectiveness I'm sure it's just like the pills - you absorb some and expel a little too

price feels a bit high for this 35 (aug 2025, and prices tend to increase) just doesn't feel like a lot of 'value'
pills are targeted (ala 325mg iron) vs some powdered drink mix
all in all though I like the change in pace

This iron powder has it all! It's iron plus protein and vitamins which means I get all the iron I need, plus protein, prebiotic fiber, MCT oil, and all the vitamins I'm also deficient in (b12, d, folate).
