Smart Eats Refund and Return Policy
- Unopened products can be returned for a refund no later than 90 days after purchase.
- Customers must bear the cost of shipping returned products.
- Discount codes cannot be added to an order after a purchase has been made.
- 30-day Guarantee: If new customers (i.e., those who made their first purchase within the past 30 days) are not satisfied with the quality of our products, they may receive a full, one-time refund within 30 days of their purchase. To access this refund, customers must directly request it via the “Contact Us” form. The request must include order details and a qualifying reason. Qualifying reasons do not include cost or quantity of the product.
Smart Eats Warranty
- Products that are delivered damaged will be covered by company free of charge. Photo evidence may be required.
- Smart Eats is not moisture resistant. Moisture-related damages are not covered from our warranty.
Cancellation
- Orders can not be cancelled due to a customer missing a sale or promotion and will not be deemed refundable.
