Ingredients

  • Iron Lift (1 scoop)
  • Water or Milk (12+ oz)

That's it! All you need is Iron Lift and a tall glass of water. You can substitute plant milk or cow's milk to make a creamier drink. If doing so, a little bit of extra liquid will help when mixing. 

Recipe

  1. Fill a tall glass with water or your preferred milk
  2. Add one scoop of Iron Lift (if you lost your scooper, use two heaping tablespoons)
  3. Whisk until smooth (you can otherwise stir, shake, or blend)
  4. Add a few ice cubes (optional)
