Let customers speak for us
from 110 reviewsMy wife and I are divided on the flavor -- I like it, while she was entirely uninterested in having any more after her first experience.Obviously the options for supplement drinks are more limited if you're looking for Vegan selections, so this might be an especially good option if that's a requirement. The nutrition is has seems like a good mix, if you're looking for fiber and iron due to whatever regimen you're on or whatever health requirements or goals you have.

A convenient way to get your iron
Okay, so I may have said that Cookies and Cream was gonna be my go to flavor, but the new release of the Vanilla version of Iron Lift is giving it some seriously stiff competition.Vanilla is a notoriously difficult flavor for supplements to get right, but Smart Eats nailed it with this one. Just as smooth in texture as Cookies and Cream, but a great take on vanilla with a rich natural flavor profile that does not have the uncanny aftertaste of “vanilla-esque” that you sometimes get with supplements that claim to be “vanilla”. This tastes like the real deal because it is.The same sustained energy and nutritional support of their previous outings, but with a new option now on the table. I guess I am going to have to order both now and switch off? I can’t speak to the Chocolate version yet as I haven’t tried it, but this will be next on my list!

High quality protein that is backed by science
I’m not low iron but was recommended this by a friend. I put a scoop in my banana flavored protein smoothies and the blend tastes amazing. Since starting, my energy is improved and my workouts are better. I recover faster too. I’ll be keeping this as part of my regular routine!

I admit I was skeptical about if these would make a difference in my energy - and I was wrong. I feel great when I start my day with one of these packets. It helps me in my morning workouts and it lets me delay or skip when I have my coffee. The powder mixes easily and has a sour berry flavor that I can drink at any time.
These electrolytes are perfect for me because I get a boost of iron and they are not too sweet. Really helps when I'm sick or hungover. After getting used to the sour flavor, I really enjoy it and won't ever go back to other brands.
Swapped my ferrous gluconate pills for this iron powder and I am so happy with the decision. I felt like gentle iron was never true until trying Iron Lift. I haven't experienced side effects and my iron levels are improving rapidly!
This is the best vegan protein I've tried in terms of texture. It's smooth to drink - no gritty or sandy textures. The powder is silky fine too!I got the "chocolate" flavor and it tastes a bit more like Ovaltine than chocolate. If you haven't had ovaltine, it's vaguely chocolate, strangely cinnamon, and malty. The aftertaste is savory and a bit strange, maybe dried peas? But not unpleasant, I have no problems drinking it. I think Smart Eats Iron Lift Drink Powder tastes like this due to the pea protein and the scent. I mixed mine with double the water ratio and it's decent with just water.Smart Eats Iron Lift Drink Powder is 150cal/20g protein for a 50g serving (2 scoops). Only 15 servings in this bag. The calories/protein is similar to other vegan proteins. I like all the vitamins in it - excellent that this has iron and vitamin c for extra absorption. This stuff does have taurine and is intended as a morning protein supplement.

Once again, I’m blown away by this product. As a vegetarian, I often don’t get my daily iron supplement. Enter: smart eats iron. This is the only protein powder that I actually enjoy drinking (not too chalky in a smoothie!) and they’ve done it again with another great flavor. Cookies and cream was my go-to, but I’ll have to add vanilla into the rotation now. Delicious, filling, and gives me more energy! Absolutely love this product please don’t stop making it I beg of you
